Whenever I try to use PhotoShop, it says licensing for this product has stopped working.
You cannot use this product at the time. You must repair the problem by installing the product again.

Because it's a demo (trial) version. Photoshop is not free software, it's quite costly in fact.
If you want free, get GIMP. Unless you need photoshop for publishing or the like, GIMP is quite capable.
