Check adobe for one
You can either download a 30-day trial of Adobe Photoshop from http://www.adobe.com/go/tryphotoshop or use The GIMP, which is a free open-source alternative: http://www.gimp.org/
If you are into desogn you'll spend the money on Photoshop but go to sourceforge.net and check there for drawing programs. I know there is one but I don't recall it now.
GIMP is free and has most of the features photoshop does.
Just google GIMP and download from the site of your choice. You'll have to download gtk first.
