ya it does but its not free and won't give you full functionality if you download it. however, there are lots of free programs that are capable of doing what photoshop does, most notably a program called GIMP.

go to utorrent.com and download the torrentz software..after you got up and running go to torrentz.com and type in adobe photoshop. make sure you download atleaset 3 different versions of adobe photoshop because most likely 2 or more won't work. good luck with it. it worked for me.
