You just need to look carefully on list with file formats.

Click on "Save as..." button, and then in opened window choose JPG format.

File %26gt; Save As.. %26gt; choose Jpeg / Jpg in the dropdown below the filename text field.

If this is not the case, your photoshop is currupted and needs to be reinstalled again. If not %26gt; r u actually using Photoshop??

(the optimise window has the option to save in Gif, Jpeg or Png)
That depends on what version of photoshop you have! Try save as and then select the file format in the dropdown!
I know in my photoshop I DO have a jpg option, when you do a "save as" its in the pull down extension menu.
For starters, when you said "I tried save, save and save optimized" that means that you are using ImageReady and not Photoshop (this one don't have a Save Optimized option)

To have a jpg format as an option, go to menu Window %26gt; Optimize and then slect from the Optimize panel Format; there you will find JPEG options, set your image and then use File%26gt; Save Optimized as...

That's all you need to do.
