Question for Adobe Photoshop Experts?

I know how to make regular photoframes using Adobe Photoshop CS2.

Can you guide me in making fancy looking and attractive photo frames ?

The photo frames including the photo should fit into a 4R paper ( 4" x 6" ) or 5R paper ( 5" x 7" )
