I am getting really tired of looking at this basic defult look in photoshop, is there a way that u can change the look of photoshop? if so can u tell me how or where i can find the software for it?

You can add in all the extension you want and open or close all the little windows. You can't change the colors of the program unless you chance the "theme" you use for windows overall.
