im not that smart with computers but i think photoshop would be very fun since i love art. what do you think i should do? also, how much does it cost and where can i buy it?

There is no program on the market that can really compare with Photoshop and that includes "The Gimp" and "Paint Shop Pro." And Photoshop is not too difficult for a thirteen year old if you can somehow get a hold of a copy, it is expensive, and apply yourself.
But if you are completely new to photo editing, you might first want to try the free program "paint.net' at http://www.getpaint.net/ Work your way up to "The Gimp" at http://www.gimp.org/ or "Paint Shop Pro" at http://store.corel.com/webapp/wcs/stores... and then maybe "Photoshop" at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/...

It's an advanced software but don't let that put you off. I think it's great that you want to learn it at such a young age; you'll be an expert by the time you're an adult.
