ok im trying to outline (stroke) my text on photoshop elemets 4.0 and when i go to do it, that selection isnt clickable. anyone know what to do?

I just had this problem. All you need to do is simplify the layer (right click the layer and click%26gt;Simplify) and it will then allow you to put a stroke on the text. Report It
