I downloaded a font and i have it saved no i just need help adding it on yo my Photoshop Fonts. IF you can give me step by step help and i works i will choose you for best.

Download the font file, then right click and copy or cut it, the go to Start%26gt;Control Panel%26gt;Fonts, and then right click and paste it there. You may need to restart Photoshop or even your computer.

Just paste it in your font folder! Adobe looks in your windows font folder for fonts!
you need to install that Font in your Windows operatinf system not in photoshop!
Simply copy that Font (make sure it is in TTF FILe lie comic sans.ttf) and open control pannel %26gt; FOnts and Paste it there.
open photoshop choose Text tool and Type select the Font that recently you installed it is available there in photoshop
