Fairy wings in photoshop?

my friend wants me to work my photoshop magic to put fairy wings on her in a picture. i haven't quite figured that out yet.

any pointers on 1) where to get good fairy wings- i need them as a profile. 2) how the heck to get them on her.

thinking that you have some decent enough intro to photoshop, im sharing this.

1. make sure you remove the background and have your friends body alone as a layer.

2. find some good looking fairy wings from some cool pic sites like flickr, gettyimages etc. try searching for tags with 'fairy' 'wings'. Wings can be anything. i would prefer finding a pic of a butterfly or a bird and will try fitting that wings on a layer below your transparent friends layer.

i would get the wings at http://www.deviantart.com -there are some awesome colored pngs around there-then you won't have to worry about deleting the background on the main picture. i have a couple 3d stock artists i've used in the past to do some fairy manips, if you'd like you can send me a message and i will get you their links
