Text Error Message-Photoshop?

Okay, I start up photoshop cs3 extended, i get the "n2000tn.dll missing" window, and when i try to use the text tool, im allowed to click the tool, but i can't use it

You have a bad install. Get the original disks, (if you have them) hehe and reinstall.
