Photoshop Printing Problem?

When I print...the colors turn ugly...as in

In photoshop I used lots of filter and effects like Glowing effects when I print it, the colors are too dark and the glows aren't that nice....can you help?

In the PC SCREEN it looks wonderful...but when it goes to paper... ugh.

Youll have to adjust the printer preferences and choose a color profile that corresponds with your printer profile.

You use Ctrl+Shift+K to access that menu...
