Photoshop - Whats the best & easiest way to airbrush models skin to give the magazine look?

I find airbrush it self is harder to get the flawless look without being too fake, and have tried the blur tools but not too sure on the best way to do it. I have photoshop CS3 version 10.0

Blur tools don't do it. I use Kodak GEM Airbrush plug in.

Here are some tutorials for you. You may need to do a few more steps, it's always best to use layers and multiple tools, since one tool really isn't going to solve everything.
