Right this may sound kinder dumb but, you know on photoshop, how do you put your photo into templates? like when you put them into greeting cards and most importantly when you put a photo into them '' photobooth '' strip things?
you know when you get your picture taken in a photo booth and it comes out in a strip? how dyu get it like that on photoshop?

1st select your photo, then right clk on it and chose the option "open with". now select open with photoshop. after open photoshop include your pic file now go to file then new then select the size of your template. now just drug n droop your pic into new file, it's show u like a new layer. not press ctrl+t to resize your pic as u need. now select background layer and edit it as u need like a greeting or any thing.
