I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good (free) photoshop program I can download from the internet. I want one that's easy and where I don't have to sign up to receive free stuff, or trials of anything.

Gimp. It's unix based, so it's freeware, and it does most of the same stuff photoshop does, and even stuff it doesn't.

Adobe Photoshop isn't free. There are several versions, although Photoshop Elements is the cheapest at under $100.00. The latest version, CS3, can cost over $1000.00.
There are free, open source applications for image editing that may work out for you. Try Gimp, Photofiltre, Picasa, Paint.net or Irfanview. All are free and legal and safe, and one or more may fit your needs.
