i need a photoshop that has a lot of really cool effects and stuff you can do to the picture, but i need one that is really easy to use as well.

If you want more advanced features you need to pay for Photoshop.

Yeah I agree with hauntedtreehouse picassa is really easy to use, there are a number of effects you can do without a hassle but would be limited for a pro.

Also try adobe photoshop and I love corel photoshop except the file is really large and slows down my computer.
